CodeItRight.ai is a deterministic E/M code calculation tool. It applies the AMA's published MDM framework and CMS Table of Risk to help physicians verify their code selection. It does NOT store patient health information (PHI), does NOT provide medical advice, and does NOT make billing decisions on your behalf.

2. Not Medical or Legal Advice

This tool is for educational and decision-support purposes only. All coding decisions remain the sole responsibility of the billing provider. CodeItRight.ai is not responsible for claim denials, audits, or penalties resulting from code selections.

3. No PHI

CodeItRight.ai does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information. No patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, or identifiable data are entered into or stored by the system.

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Free tier accounts are limited to 5 calculations per month. Paid subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

CodeItRight.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall CodeItRight.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
